The Field Interface or FI is the middleman for communication between the computer with Pilot CCS and the controllers in the field. If you need to clear the memory on the FI and start from fresh, or if your FI is not responding to your commands, you can reset it.

Remove the Power Cord at the base of the FI.

Press and hold the Minus and the Down Arrow buttons simultaneously and hold until you reach step #5.

Restore power to the FI by plugging in the Power Cord.

Keep the buttons held down until you see the display read: Factory Reset Please Wait.

After the display reads: Factory Reset Please Wait. Release the buttons.
