Hydrawise allows you to remove your account from our database if necessary. This is only necessary in the event that you no longer need access to the Hydrawise App or your controller. Please be cautious; when this function is used, all your information in the Hydrawise database will be permanently removed.
- Sign in to your Hydrawise account.
- Click the (
) Menu icon in the upper left. - Click Account Details.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete.
- Read the details shown, then enter your account Password.
- Click Delete My Account.
