YOU MUST AGREE TO OUR TERMS TO BE QUALIFIED FOR CONSIDERATION. No consideration will be given to any suggestion unless it is submitted subject to the TERMS & CONDITIONS, which follow. A submitter who wants a suggestion to be considered, must agree to these TERMS by reviewing and if deemed acceptable, checking the box of our ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AGREEMENT.
DO NOT SUBMIT ANYTHING YOU CONSIDER TO BE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. Hunter Industries will not and does not agree to keep any submissions confidential. No confidential relationship or obligation of secrecy is or will be established between you and Hunter Industries in connection with your submission. Your submission may be copied and distributed to many people for evaluation.
YOU MUST OWN THE IDEAS YOU ARE SUBMITTING. You cannot submit ideas of another person or party. Submitted ideas must be the original creation of the individual who checks the box when accepting our TERMS & CONDITIONS. Further, you must have any and all legal rights to the ideas in the submission. Do not submit ideas that may be fully or partially owned by your employer. If more than one person owns the idea, you certify that you are one of the owners, all owners agree to the submission and you are representing all owners of the idea. Do not submit ideas that are subject to any confidentiality, are part of any trade secret, or were developed using any time and/or materials/tools of your employer.
HUNTER INDUSTRIES MAKES NO AGREEMENTS WITH RESPECT TO YOUR SUBMISSION. Hunter Industries does not agree to review your submission, does not agree to license, adopt or otherwise use your submission, does not agree to compensate you for your submission and does not agree to provide commentary or feedback on your submission. Hunter Industries is constantly innovating and may on its own or through the submission of others already be considering ideas similar to or the same as yours. Your rights with respect to your submission are limited to any enforceable valid intellectual property rights you may obtain on your own; that is, you do not gain any additional right or promise from Hunter Industries by virtue of your submission.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD.
Any prior negotiations or agreements are merged into and superseded by the TERMS herein, which may not be modified or waived except in writing signed by the Intellectual Property Manager or Hunter Industries’ Patent Counsel.
